Jerry Holloway Holding and Referral, LLC is a professionally licensed brokerage firm and has been holding real estate licenses for over a decade. We have over 65 years Trusted Broker experience in the State of Michigan
How does it work?
 
Jerry Holloway Holding and Referral, LLC becomes your employing broker. We keep your license in an active status!
 
Membership Cost
Memberships are a mere $75.00 per year, which includes a free 6 hour “Live” Continuing Education class and covers the required 2 hour Legal Update.
 
As law dictates, salespeople must have all of their transactions directly supervised by a licensed broker. Therefore, members of Jerry Holloway Holding and Referral LLC may NOT actively list and/or sell real estate. You may, however, refer buyers and/or listings to an active salesperson or broker for a referral fee to be negotiated between you and that office.
 
Referral fees are paid to Jerry Holloway Holding and Referral, LLC and are split 60/40, with 60% paid to the member and 40% retained by the holding company.
